The preferred format for electronic file submission is PRESS QUALITY (Hi-Res) PDFfiles. All graphic images and any colors used in the file should be produced as CMYK and not RGB. All fonts used in the document should be embedded and image compression should not be utilized. This will create a larger file size, which is necessary to accurately reproduce your work.
Should you submit artwork that does not comply with our guidelines, you will be apprised of the problem and given the opportunity to correct the file(s). Should you elect to have our prepress department fix your file, all editing, layout and graphic design work will be billed at an hourly rate.
